Can I use insurance for therapy sessions?

Insurance acceptance depends on the individual therapist. Check each therapist's about page for details. If your therapist doesn't accept insurance, they can provide a receipt (Superbill) for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Note that reimbursement is not guaranteed. Contact your insurance company to understand their requirements and inform your therapist before starting services.

How much does it cost?

Each Therapist sets their own session cost. If cost is a determining factor to setting you up with a therapist, please let us know this when filling out our initial form. We have many Therapist that accept many different session fees so we definitely have someone that will work for you!

Where do you offer in person sessions?

We have a beautiful office in Central Austin with multiple different office spaces, sparkling water, tea, and a handful of smiling faces. When you get here, please help yourself to a beverage and relax on the couch before your Therapist comes to get you.

What if I need to cancel a session?
