You’ve made it this far; take a deep breath. That first step toward therapy is no small feat. Finding a therapist who truly sees you - your identities, your relationships, your struggles and dreams - can feel overwhelming, especially in a world that often demands we shrink ourselves to fit in. I’m here to help you unmask, untangle, and unlearn the stories that no longer serve you while also taking honest, empowered responsibility for what’s yours to hold, heal, and grow.
I work relationally and collaboratively, supporting individuals, couples, and throuples through life’s messiness with warmth, humor, and radical acceptance. My practice is grounded in feminist, attachment-based, person-centered, and queer theory lenses, while integrating solution-focused tools and psychoeducation to support real, sustainable change. Whether you’re navigating identity exploration, intimacy, communication challenges, trauma, neurodivergence, or systemic oppression - this is a space where all of you is welcome.
As a queer, non-monogamous, cisgender woman with ADHD, I offer neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming care that centers your lived experience. I specialize in working with those exploring gender and sexuality, navigating nontraditional relationships, processing religious or societal trauma, or seeking more ease in a neurotypical world that often misunderstands them.
Together, we’ll co-create a therapeutic relationship where you can be curious, messy, honest, and free. Whether you’re looking to deepen your self-awareness, reconnect in your relationships, or rediscover joy, I’m here to walk alongside you.
In addition to my work with adults, I also welcome the opportunity to work with adolescents who are seeking to find their spot in the world. Identity concerns can be huge barriers to that childhood magic, and I love working with teens to help them discover their individual spark again.
Whether you’re an adolescent or an adult, the space we create together is unique and collaborative.

Personal
Outside the therapy room, you can catch me dilly dallying around the kitchen conjuring up delicious vegetarian meals or decadent cakes, playing board games, dabbling in something creative, or doting on my two pups, Kiki and Moira Rose (who sometimes make an appearance in session!) I've been in Austin for about 10 years, and originally from Philadelphia so you might catch that Northeast bluntness.
