Choosing to begin therapy requires courage, vulnerability, and a deep commitment to yourself. It is a true privilege to be trusted with your story and to walk alongside you in your journey. I hold that responsibility with great care and respect.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), I support individuals, young adults, and couples navigating challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation concerns, relationship struggles, grief, depression, and life transitions - specializing in women’s life transitions of pregnancy, parenting, empty nest and stages of menopause. I recognize that every person’s story is distinct, and I approach my work with respect for the whole individual.

Painful experiences that bring us to counseling — depression, anxiety, grief, fear, and others — feel like the problem, and more often, those symptoms reflect something deeper: a disconnection from our authentic self that began early in life.

When therapy focuses only on reducing symptoms, it can become about coping, managing, or simply surviving the current struggle. The underlying disconnection remains untouched, which is why symptoms so often resurface.

However, I believe when the focus shifts toward rediscovering and reconnecting with your core self (who you really are) — your values, needs, and internal guidance — the symptoms organically tend to ease. In that space, therapy moves beyond managing distress and becomes about meaningful, lasting transformation.  and to become your most authentic self. I look forward to meeting you and growing with you on this journey.

Personal

I am someone who feels most alive when I’m exploring — whether that means traveling to new places, discovering hidden corners close to home, or simply being outside in nature. I value staying active and engaged with the world around me, embracing experiences that challenge me, inspire me, and help me grow. I’m an avid reader, always drawn to stories and ideas that expand my perspective and deepen my understanding of people and life. Above all, I treasure quality time with my family. Shared experiences, meaningful conversations, and creating lasting memories together ground me and remind me what truly matters. For me, life is meant to be experienced fully — with curiosity, connection, and intention.
