"I believe that a different therapy must be constructed for each patient because each has a unique story." – Irvin D. Yalom
Hi! I’m Breanne and I am so happy that you are here.
The decision to seek therapy takes strength, bravery, and self-love, so I already see those superpowers in you the moment you walk through the door. Being invited to share in your life’s journey as your therapist is an honor I do not take lightly.
Research shows that the most important predictor of a positive therapy outcome is a great therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the client.
My focus in our sessions is to make sure that you feel truly seen, heard, and understood so that, together, we can discover what it is that you need most.

Personal
I moved to Austin to attend The University of Texas at Austin and have been here ever since. I enjoy live music, traveling anywhere that requires a long flight, hiking, journaling, reading, rainy, gloomy days, and making friends with dogs at parties. My work is my passion, and you'll often catch me in my free time nerding out on the newest psychology research. I spend way too much time on Tik Tok, but let's call that self-care. 😉 I enjoy being involved in advocacy for basic human rights, bodily autonomy, and the LGBTQIA+ community, and I believe that the vulnerable should be protected.
