My goal as a counselor is to offer a safe space for you to be heard, understood, and respected. In addition to counseling and psychotherapy, I have a background in education and performing arts. I enjoy approaching your unique situation in a creative way, in order to help you to meet your goals while gaining new learning and understanding.

I work with teens and adults, and welcome those who identify with, or want to learn more about, the LGBTQIA+ community. Areas of focus may include depression, anxiety, dealing with change, substance use recovery, career shifts and searches, spiritual or existential concerns, conflict resolution, relationships, identity, grief, and more.

I use a person-centered, eclectic approach to counseling, incorporating narrative work, Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Gestalt, and cognitive/behavioral (CBT) styles.

Let’s find out what’s possible, for you, now.
