LMSW

Supervised by Lindsay Legé, LCSW-S

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, low self-esteem, boundary-setting, perfectionism, religious trauma, relationships, sex, shame, sexual trauma, sexuality, LGBTQ+/gender identity, life purpose and meaning, or all of the above, we'll work together to find your voice and strengthen your sense of self so you can really be you. We are each incredible, wonderful, complex beings who are deserving of love for being exactly who we are, even if society tells us otherwise!

My therapeutic approach is integrative, eclectic, existentialist, and strongly based in mindfulness, compassion, and humor (when appropriate!). I welcome all beliefs and spiritual practices and provide a warm, open-minded, sex-positive, queer- and straight-welcoming, non-judgmental space for you to be your full, authentic self.

I believe that my clients are the experts of their own lives and our work together is a collaboration to create functional, desirable outcomes. If any of the above resonates with what you're looking for, please feel free to reach out.
