I have a passion for helping people gain skills to endure, overcome difficult things, and to thrive in life. I fell in love with all things psychology and have gained a great many life experiences that have taught me a deep level of empathy and understanding. I utilize the ACT method (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I use a person-centered, attachment, trauma-informed style of therapy. The purpose is to develop psychological flexibility, regain a healthy quality of life, and feel an empowered sense of autonomy. Life hardships naturally cause us to check out of life and I am here to help check back in.
