Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, uncertain, or even intimidating—but it is also a meaningful step toward growth, healing, and self-discovery. I strive to create a space where clients of all ages feel safe, respected, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.Â
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), I work with individuals, teens, young adults, couples, and families facing concerns such as anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem, and interpersonal challenges. I believe each person’s experience is unique, and I value honoring the whole individual within the context of their relationships, family system, and life stage. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, and I value creating culturally responsive spaces where clients can express themselves in the language that feels most natural and comfortable.
Whether you are an individual seeking clarity, a teen navigating change, a young adult finding your footing, or a family working toward stronger connection, my goal is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we can work toward growth, balance, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

I accept BCBS and Aetna.
I am happy to provide a Superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.

Personal
I practice grounding by literally sitting cross-legged on the floor, fully present and content. I’m married with a daughter and two dogs, happiest with my family, inspired by travel, and slightly obsessed with creating beautiful spaces. I believe healing can be creative, authentic, and just a little wonderfully weird.
