Hi! I'm Taylor, and I'm super proud of you for taking the first steps to seek help. I know that everyone's path is different, and whether you end up seeing me, another therapist at Alive Austin, or getting help from elsewhere, I encourage you to continue your journey.
I believe that you know your own path best. I strive to learn from you about your identity and your values, and support you in your own pursuits and goals while providing you with perspective and validation. This can only be done with a level of honesty and trust, which is why I'm committed to creating a safe, warm, and non-judgmental relationship with each of my clients.
I work with adolescents and young adults going through a variety of experiences, including identity exploration, anxiety and depression, relationship turmoil, trauma, and grief. I use a person-centered approach to implement solution-focused techniques and support cognitive/behavioral changes.

I can be rather goofy once you get to know me. Just so there are no surprises when I have a goof moment.
