As a therapist, I believe that every client I see is the expert on their own life, and
should thus be treated with respect and as an equal partner in the therapeutic
relationship. I strive to maintain a fully non-judgmental and empathetic approach.
My goal is to create a space where all parts of you are welcome—even the ones
you might not feel so comfortable with yet! Together, we'll explore the different
parts of you, understand why they show up, and help them find more balance.
I believe healing happens through connection with others and with yourself.
Many struggles come from feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or isolated, and
therapy can be a place to rebuild trust in relationships and in your own voice. I
bring warmth, humor, and curiosity into our work, because growth often happens
when we can feel both safe and real with one another.
In session, you can expect me to be warm, direct, and genuinely invested in your
growth—willing to sit with the hard stuff while also finding moments of lightness. I
don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach, and I'll work with you to find the
style that works best for you.
I often work best with...
Anyone healing from difficult relationships or attachment wounds. Whether
you've been in an abusive relationship, felt trapped in patterns that hurt you, or
are learning to trust yourself again, we'll work together to rebuild your sense of
safety, self-worth, and connection so you can build lasting, fulfilling relationships.
Together, we explore the roots of these patterns with compassion—not
shame—while helping you build stronger boundaries, self-worth, and
relationships that feel safe, reciprocal, and authentic.
Women’s issues & reclaiming your voice.
Together, we unpack the pressures women are taught to carry—self-sacrifice,
overfunctioning, perfectionism, and shrinking yourself to keep others comfortable.
Using a decolonizing and relational lens, we work to reconnect you to your own
voice, values, and power so you can set boundaries, trust yourself deeply, and
live more authentically.
People living with complex trauma. When the past shows up in your everyday
life—in your relationships, your body, or your thoughts—it can feel exhausting.
Together, we'll untangle those patterns, honor the parts of you that kept you
going, and help you find steadiness again.
College aged-adults & people navigating big life changes. Ending a
long-term relationship, graduating college, moving to a new place—even good
changes can stir up old fears and uncertainty. I'll walk alongside you as you
adjust and create the next chapter on your terms.

Juno! He's a crazy little dude who loves to occasionally make an appearance during
virtual sessions. I am someone who feels most alive when I am consu mmimg some
form of art-I love all genres of music & movies and I go to the movie theater at least
once a week. I also love to bake & hand-knit blankets!
Relaxing for me is all about taking time to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with
myself after a busy day. Sushi, kitty cuddles, knitting, and dancing to EDM usually help
me achieve this.
